1. Services

AILifeHub provides smart home devices powered by AI technology to improve your everyday life. Our services may include setup assistance, maintenance guidance, and software updates specific to these devices.

Refund Policy for Services

Services provided by AILifeHub, including installation and maintenance, are subject to a 14-day refund period starting from the completion of the service. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form with a detailed description of the issue. Upon approval, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Service rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Please use our contact form to initiate rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees as detailed in the service agreement.

2. Digital Products

AILifeHub offers informational digital products including user guides and software manuals to optimize the use of our smart devices.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable. If you experience technical difficulties accessing a product, please contact us via our contact form, and we will provide appropriate assistance or replacement where applicable.

3. Physical Products

Our physical smart devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects under normal use conditions.

Refund Policy for Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a refund or platform within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and condition. Return requests must be submitted via the contact form to receive return authorization. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Physical products can also be platform for different compatible models within the 30-day period. Shipping costs for returns or platform are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

4. No Refund Situations

Services that require significant customization or personalized programming explicitly state that refunds are not available due to the nature of work performed. This ensures that resources and time contribute in customization are accounted for. Such conditions will be clearly reflected in the service agreement prior to purchase.

5. General Terms

AILifeHub reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on ailifehub.digital with an updated effective date. Continued use of AILifeHub services or products after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
